VANCOUVER INTERNATIONAL VOCAL WORKSHOP
The Vancouver International Vocal Workshop is from August 11-24 2024!
Singers of all levels of vocal training are invited to join the Voice and Opera Faculty for the Vocal Workshop. Pianists who are interested in learning about collaborative piano are also invited to apply! This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to work in classes and individually with teachers and professionals to develop better vocal focus, health, technique, and performance abilities!
Private Lessons
Singers in the vocal workshop will receive private vocal lessons and coachings!

Apprentice pianists will receive private lessons with Wenwen Du and the opportunity to accompany singers during lessons, masterclasses and performances!
Additional lessons and coachings will be available for purchase dependent on teacher availability.
Group Classes
Participants will have informational seminars and Q&A periods with members of the faculty regarding different subjects such as career experience, auditions for University and Young Artist Programs, how to make a music CV & resume and more!
Performance
There will be multiple performances throughout the two week workshop including a recital of solo performances, a faculty recital, themed recitals with selected performers and the final concert which will feature our staged opera excerpts!

When: August 11-24 2024
There will be one day off (Sunday August 18th). Each day will have dynamic timing dependent on any recitals or masterclasses that are scheduled. A detailed schedule will be sent to participants.

Price: $1690 + %5 GST

Recommended age of applicants is 15+ however all applications will be considered!

Participants of the Vancouver International Vocal Workshop will also be offered free tickets to the events happening at Nebula Performances during the time period of the workshop. Performance opportunities in some of the events may also be offered to select participants.
