Nebula Performances Society reunites three-time Grammy Award-winning tenor Ian Bostridge, CBE, and pianist Wenwen Du for two evenings of art song this May. Their across Canada tour will begin on May 6 at the Carleton Dominion-Chalmers Centre in Ottawa. Then followed by a performance on May 14 at the Vancouver Playhouse, marking ten years since the duo's last appearance in Vancouver. These recitals will feature exquisite music by Benjamin Britten and Hugo Wolf.

An afternoon of lyrical music celebrating the beauty of text and melody across classical, folk, and popular traditions.
Featuring works from Shakespeare’s contemporaries to Benjamin Britten, Bob Dylan, Mercedes Sosa, Steeleye Span, and Heitor Villa-Lobos, Simply Lyrical brings together a diverse group of artists for an intimate and expressive musical experience.
